Today, I will introduce you to a simple yet incredibly delicious Japanese-style stir-fried pork and vegetables (YASAI ITAME). This dish is made by stir-frying vegetables and meat, and although it’s simple, that’s what makes it a deep and flavorful recipe. Among various ways to prepare it, I’m sharing what I believe is the most delicious version.  

Of course, it’s tasty, but it’s also a nutritious dish packed with plenty of vegetables and meat, making it well-balanced. I encourage you to try making it! At the end, I’ll also share my recommended way to enjoy this dish with a little twist, so be sure to watch till the end!  Let’s get started!

・150g of pork belly
・100g of carrots
・50g of green peppers (3 peppers)
・120g of cabbage (1/8 head)
・100g of bean sprouts
・5g of garlic
・5g of ginger
